Outline of Research at the Start

少子高齢化および首都圏をはじめとする大都市圏への人口流入等により、日本の小売環境は大きな変化を迎えている。本研究では、地域の持続可能性を支援するための小売システムの構築およびそれらに対するニーズに関して、理論的・実証的に分析を行う。

Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research explores how structural changes in Japanese society, like population decline, aging, and urban population concentration, affect the retail industry and marketing. It aims to identify the needs of consumers facing shopping challenges and factors for sustainable retail businesses. The methodology involved reviewing previous studies, gathering statistical data, and examining regional traits using GIS. Hypotheses were then formulated and analyzed using quantitative methods.

本研究は、消費者の購買行動における道徳的および認知的正当性の重要性を明らかにし、安全な買い物環境と地域社会への貢献が顧客ロイヤリティに与える影響を実証した点で学術的意義がある。また、人口減少や高齢化などの社会構造変化に対応するため、小売業者が地域社会に根ざしたCSR活動や迅速な情報提供を行うことの重要性を示しており、実践的な示唆を提供している。特に、危機的状況下での小売業者の役割についての理解を深めることで、今後の持続可能な小売ビジネスの発展に貢献するものである。
