Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、SSWerらが雇用されている各自治体内で行うスーパービジョンで「スクールソーシャルワーク実践スタンダード」を活用してもらうために、「スタンダード」をより活用しやすい形へと修正する。また、「スタンダード」の活用マニュアルも作成する。本研究を通じて、各自治体内でのSSWerに対するスーパービジョンを行いやすく、かつ、効果的なものにしていくことを目標とする。
