| Outline of Research at the Start |
福祉実践で求められる反抑圧的で対等な場づくり・地域づくりとは何か、そういった場・地域づくりに向けて、支援者はどのように変容する必要があるのか。このことを、アクターたちのネットワークを辿る事で実証的に示すとともに、このようなネットワーキングを今後の支援者が実践するために必要な課題とは何かを提示することを目標とし、次の三つを探求する。
①反抑圧的で対等な場・地域づくりに関する先進地視察と理論研究の融合
②上記の場・地域づくりが可能となった現場における様々なアクターのネットワーキングに関する実証研究
③中間項的支援者が媒介子に変容するために求められるエンパワメント支援に関する理論的考察

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study examined the realities and challenges of anti-oppressive and equal placemaking and community building. We also examined how supporters need to be transformed in order to achieve such placemaking and community building. The research findings can be summarized in the following three points.
(1) Analysis of the networking of anti-oppressive practices in the Slow City movement; (2) Analysis of how anti-oppressive and equal relationships emerge in the process of human dying or in the process of mutual transformation in parenting; (3) An auto-ethnography-based analysis of what kind of anti-oppressive practices the research team members have been aiming for in relation to education, research, and society.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究成果の学術的意義としては、研究者が自らの教育・研究・社会活動をオートエスノグラフィー的に描くことにより、三つの領域を切り分けることなく一元的に捉える視点を提供することが出来た事が挙げられる。また、社会的意義としては、フィールドワーク実践が研究者や対象者の実存と深く相互作用している実態を明らかに出来たことであろう。これらを通じて、反抑圧的で対等な実践において、研究者も客観的傍観者ではなく、一人のアクターとして関与し・変容してきた実態も明確にすることが出来た。
