Outline of Research at the Start	「社会の24時間化」やグローバライゼーションの進展を背景に、「非正規」という就業形態や、早朝や夜間といった「非典型時間帯」での就労が増え、幼児を抱え働く母親が、「時間の貧困」に陥る可能性が想定される。本研究では、「時間の貧困」に直面している母親の就労環境を探り、その「時間の貧困」が幼児の睡眠、食、遊びといった生活習慣に及ぼす影響を検討する。その上で、子どもの「健康」な生活習慣の実現に向けて、母親支援のあり方、さらには父親を含めた家族、就学前施設、地域社会、企業、行政が取り組むべき課題や実践を明らかにする。
