Outline of Research at the Start	2000年代以降の教育政策の決定過程については、政治（内閣）主導のトップダウン型と評されてきたが、第2次安倍政権以降、自民党文教族の復権、内閣府の影響力の低下など、従来とは異なる特徴が見られるようになる。本研究の目的は、2000年代前半と2010年代の学校制度改革の実行体制及びその展開過程を比較することにより、現代の日本における教育政策決定過程の変容とその構造を明らかにすることにある。
