Outline of Research at the Start	近年、出生時より医療依存度が高く常時医療的ケアを必要とする状態で在宅療養している子どもの数は増加傾向にある。高度医療依存の子どもと家族のウェルビーイングを検討する上で、一番初めに関わる機会がある病院の医療専門職は、養育する母親や家族にとって身近な子育て支援のサポーターとしての役割が求められるのではないかと考える。本研究は、高度医療依存の子どもと家族のウェルビーイングを目指し、病院の医療専門職を中核とした各分野の関係機関および専門職との協働を図り、フィンランドにおける母子保健政策であるネウボラの思考を基盤とするネウボラ的子育て支援体制の構築に向けて示唆を得ることである。
