リーダーシップ教育の有効性を明確にするために，アクティブラーニングやグループワークを主体とした支援型リーダーシップを扱う大学院科目の効果を検証することを本研究の目的とする．
そこで，大学院修士課程学生を対象としたリーダーシップ教育科目（リーダーシップ教育，ピアレビュー実践，ファシリテーション）の履修前後における学習記録データ上で，特定のキーワードが出てくる頻度等を用いて，意識の変化を分析し，リーダーシップ観の質的変容を明らかにする．客観的評価指標として，質問紙調査を行う．
リーダーシップ教育プログラムの効果を検証し，リーダーシップ教育の開発に広く波及することが期待される．
