Outline of Research at the Start

高等学校－大学間の移行における発達障害のある高校生への支援は，大学入試が介在することもあり，あまりその実態が明らかにされてきていない。そのため，この移行支援に関するツール開発もほとんど研究が行われていない。発達障害のある大学生は入学してから不適応状態となり，精神障害を併せ持つようになることも少なくない。そのため，大学入学直後から積極的支援が必要である。本研究は，高等学校－大学間の移行の連携に関するものである。具体的には，サービス・コーディネーションのモデルを作成し，高等学校の教育的支援と大学の教育的支援が継続的に機能する実践的連携ツールの開発を行う。
