今日の医療現場は、複数の分野の専門職者（プロフェッショナル）が、それぞれの専門的知識や技術を活用し、多職種協働で質の高いサービスを提供することが求められている。質の高い支援を提供するためには、看護師を含めた各専門家のプロフェッショナルとしての態度・信念の涵養は欠かせない。プロフェッショナリズムは「プロフェッショナルとしての考えや態度・行動を導く志向である」と定義する。そのプロフェッショナリズムの醸成には省察を軸とした変容的学習が重要であることが指摘されている。そこで、本研究は、看護師のプロフェッショナリズムの形成のための変容的学習を軸とした教育プログラムを開発し、実施・評価する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Aim of this study was to develop, implement, and evaluate an educational program based on transformative learning theory to foster professionalism among nurses.In the first phase, interview surveys were conducted with skilled nurses.A qualitative inductive analysis of the data revealed that reflection on nursing practice plays a crucial role in the development of professionalism, and that psychological dilemmas experienced by nurses often serve as triggers for such reflection.Based on these findings and transformative learning theory, an educational program was developed. In the second phase, the educational training was conducted, and its learning outcomes were qualitatively and inductively examined through data from assignment reports and interview surveys. We concluded that the educational program serves as a catalyst for the development of professionalism among nurses.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の成果は、看護師のプロフェッショナリズム形成のための教育のプログラムを開発したことにある。そのプログラムは成人学習理論に基づいて看護実践を省察し、参加者とディスカッションをすることを中心とした内容である。
看護師という専門職者の基本的な資質を醸成するための教育に意識変容学習理論に基づくアプローチができると評価できたのは、看護学教育研究の発展につながる学術的意義がある。また、今日の医療現場は高齢化社会による医療需要の増加、人材不足などの様々な課題に直面している。それらの課題に対応し、質の高い看護を提供できる人材育成は急務である。そこで開発した教育プログラムは看護師育成の一助になる。
