Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study,I developed an attitude education and training program aimed at evolving the mitori skills of mid-career nurses, continually exposed to patient death.
I conducted a snsiysis The results revealed that there were nine attitudes and three associated factors for nurses' attitudes towards death in a scoping review.
In addition, when the programme was developed and implemented based on a survey of specialist oncology nurses, the response to participation was generally favourable in the free response. However, existing measures did not show significant changes after the training. This suggests that there is room for improvement in the content and methods of the attitude development programme.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
