研究代表者は、被害者と支援者双方の実証的データと文献検討を基に作成した「被害直後の性暴力被害者支援に求められる看護実践能力」の内容をデルファイ法により検証した。その結果、12領域88項目の合意形成がなされた。本研究では、合意形成された「被害直後の性暴力被害者支援で求められる看護実践能力」12領域に基づいた性暴力被害者支援の看護実践のための研修プログラムを開発し、開発された研修プログラムが被害者支援における急性期看護実践能力の向上に効果的であるのかを検討する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The original 'Training Programme for Responding to Sexual Violence Against Adult Women' was created and implemented to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required for obstetric and gynaecological medical care. A particular strength of the programme is that it incorporates exercises in recording, photographing and collecting evidence from a forensic perspective, beginning with general observation.
As a result, 59 people participated in the programme. Although the delivery method was changed to on-demand at the clinicians' request, the 3- and 6-month evaluations of the group that had all been conducted in person showed no difference. It was evident that this training programme was beneficial in supporting victims. Therefore, this training programme could be an effective way of improving the knowledge and skills of those supporting victims of sexual violence.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
性暴力被害者対応を担うワンストップ支援センターの協力病院のニーズ調査の結果、医療者のスキルとして必要度が高い項目は、「性暴力の概要理解」「被害者のアセスメントと必要な検査と治療の説明」「産婦人科診療時（診療補助時）の知識・技術」であることが明らかになった。その結果を受け『成人女性への性暴力被害対応研修プログラム』を独自に作成し実施した。その結果、本研修プログラムが成人女性の性暴力対応において支援者の知識・技術向上の一因になりえることが明らかになった。したがって、本研修プログラムを協力病院で実施することにより被害者対応は充実する可能性が示唆され、より一層の研修プログラム実施が期待される。
