①【「福井における地域の生活防災」の考案】 災害の教訓、福井県の自然的特性・社会経済状況等に鑑み、福井という地域の生活防災を考案する。
②【「福井における地域の生活防災」に係わる家庭科の検討】 「福井における地域の生活防災」を踏まえ、家庭科の内容ごとに、学校と地域が連携して取り組む家庭科の学習を検討する。
③【福井の伝統産業である織物等を使用した安全グッズを製作する課題、及び学校と地域が連携・協働する家庭科の考案】 福井の伝統産業である織物を活用した安全グッズ製作を通して、防災意識と地域に対する誇りを育むことができる学習キッドと学習モデルを考案する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to examine home economics learning in which schools and local communities collaborate, using Fukui Prefecture as a case study. This study has three main outcomes. The first is the construction of a learning framework that contributes to the devising of a “home economics course on community life and disaster prevention in Fukui”, based on an analysis of the current Courses of Study for home economics, the Sendai Framework for Disaster Prevention and the Guidelines for District Disaster Prevention Plans. The second is to clarify the actual situation and challenges of disaster education through school-community cooperation, based on the results of a questionnaire survey of all primary schools in Fukui Prefecture. The third is the development of disaster prevention goods as home economics teaching materials and the devising of lessons in collaboration with local companies in Fukui.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
仙台防災枠組や学校安全の推進に関する計画等防災教育に係る国内外の動向に鑑みると、各学校には、地域コミュニティや家庭と連携して、人間中心(people-centered)の防災対策や教育等の実施が、一層求められることが予想される。教科等を横断した防災教育の実施が求められる現状を踏まえると、よりよい生活を創造する資質を育む家庭科が、家族・家庭、衣食住、消費生活・環境といった日常生活に密着した内容を防災の視点でとらえ、実践的・体験的な活動を通して、人間中心(people-centered)の防災の実現にとって土台となる資質・能力を育む可能性が高く、ひいては本研究の社会的意義は大きいと言えよう。
