| Outline of Research at the Start |
看護基礎教育課程において、臨床判断能力の基盤となる解剖生理学の強化ならびに基礎看護学における臨床判断能力や倫理的判断・行動に必要な基礎的能力を養うためにシミュレーション教育の充実が求められている。
本研究では、解剖生理学に基づく臨床判断がシミュレーションでの看護実践能力に与える影響を明らかにするため、従来（解剖生理学履修後に臨床判断・シミュレーションをそれぞれ履修）と改正（解剖生理・臨床判断・シミュレーションを統合した）授業設計を比較する。双方向的に統合した授業設計による看護実践能力を明らかにすることで、指定規則改正で求められる看護実践能力向上のための改正カリキュラムの開発の示唆を得る。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
OBJECTIVE: To determine whether the achievement of clinical judgement simulation and the previously taken courses affects the nursing students’ scores of the Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR).
METHODS: A questionnaire was administered among second-year undergraduate nursing students after a simulation was performed. Statistical analysis was conducted using the achievement level of learning goals and the previously taken courses as independent variables, and LCJR scores as the dependent variables, with normality tests, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
CONCLUSION: The LCJR total scores on [Awareness] and [Interpretation] were affected by the achievement level of the previously taken physical assessment, critical thinking and nursing process courses.

本研究は，看護学生の臨床判断能力育成のためのシミュレーションの学修目標と既習科目の到達度がラサター臨床判断ルーブリックに与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とした.
その結果, LCJR合計と【気づき】【解釈】の得点は既習科目のフィジカルアセスメント・クリティカルシンキング・看護過程の到達度に影響があった. 日本の看護基礎教育における看護学生の臨床判断能力育成に影響する専門基礎分野・専門分野の科目としてはフィジカルアセスメント・クリティカルシンキング・看護過程があり、臨床判断プロセスとしては「予期から初期把握」が臨床判断能力というコンピテンシーの育成の基盤にあるという成果を得ることができた.
