人工知能技術やデータサイエンスの飛躍的向上によって、大量のデータを取得し、それらを同時に解析することが可能になりつつある。 心理療法においては、姿勢・音声・表情・生体情報(心拍、呼気等)・相互作用(返答のタ イミング)など様々な情報が含まれる。オントロジーによる心理療法の構造化知識を活用することで、意味のある枠組みにおいてビッグデータの取得が実現できると期待される。本研究では、データ駆動型AIとエキスパート型のAIを組み合わせる ことで、心理療法中に測定されうる”意味のある”あらゆる側面をセンシングし、アウト カム評価への解析を実現するための手法を開発することに挑戦する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The ultimate goal of this research was to realize a data knowledge cycle that enables sensing, acquiring, and analyzing big data on all kinds of "meaningful" information inside and outside of psychotherapy by combining data-driven and expert artificial intelligence technologies. We promoted the construction of structured knowledge for the Unified Protocol for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (UP) for depression and anxiety. In addition, in order to clarify tacit knowledge in UP and add it to the structured knowledge, discussions in supervision of UP conducted were expressed in a question-and-answer format, and continued to be accumulated as a database. In addition, sensing data that could be linked to structured knowledge was also examined.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、心理療法の内外で起こる事象を系統的に収集し、その枠組のもとで大量にデータを収集し、人工知能等の解析に活用できるための、構造化された知識の表現や、データのセンシングの手法を検討することであった。本研究を通して、計算機が理解できるかたちでの表現形式に近いかたちの構造化知識として、うつ病や不安症への認知行動療法の実施手順を記述してきた。また、テキストなどでは現れない熟練セラピストの暗黙知を明示化する仕組みとして、臨床指導の中で出てくる知識をQ&A方式で蓄積してきた。Q&A方式で記述することにより、将来的に大量の心理療法に関連する知識が検索のし易いかたちで保存する手法の開発に繋げられた。
