Outline of Research at the Start	現在実施中の基課題において、日本の都市農地を起点とする小規模分散型のローカル・フードシステムが、COVID-19蔓延下における都市住民の健康・福利の維持及びフードシステムのレジリエンスに寄与したことを実証的に示した。本国際共同研究では、基課題を発展させ、特徴的なローカル・フードシステムを有する欧州都市と日本の都市との国際比較を通じ、フードシステムを統合した都市・コミュニティ計画論を提示する。本研究は、ポストコロナ社会における持続可能な都市の構築に寄与するものである。
