Outline of Research at the Start	本国際共同研究は、海外共同研究者との協力によって、ロンドンの北方・シベリア地域出身者による「北方・シベリア人会」の活動について研究を進めるものである。特に、彼らの北極海航路構想が、ロシアの沿北極海地域からシベリア地域に及ぶ「北ユーラシア」にたいする西側諸国の開発支援を通じた東西の地域間交流・協力を主張するものであったことに着目し、亡命ロシア人の思想であったユーラシア主義との関係、および当時のイギリス政府等との関係を明らかにするものである。
