| Research Abstract |
The first purpose of this research was to verify the effectiveness of the JUDO learning program of the style in discovery for girls. This program is made up of break-fall, throwing and manners, but not include groundwork technique in its. The second purpose of this research was to create the groundwork technique program.
I have held the experimental JUDO classes on female students, and have proved the validity of the JUDO learning program of the style in discovery for girls. The groundwork technique program not finished, but I developed a teaching aid for studying the break-fall and throwing, and have improved the break-fall program.
