Research Abstract |
Comparing the training intensity during dry-land periods in speed skating athletes with that of skating on ice in the light of the biomechanical aspect in excellent skating techniques, high performance skater such as Olympic medalist exerted high training intensity while ice skating than that at dry training procedures.
