| Research Abstract |
I collected and researched old rare books on plays on words. As a result I introduced unknown important materials about “Donji” and “Mojie”. Studying them I wrote reports which explained the contents. Also, I wrote “Sakasakotoba no Ehon” for small children and “Kotoba to Moji no Yuuenchi” for junior high school and high school students. And I wrote “Sengokujidai no Ryukouka”, which was referred on plays on words seen in Japanese classics. Besides, I had many opportunities to lecture about plays on words.
