Research Abstract	It was an important problem to tell a policy and a method of the land reform to farmers. The radio broadcast was used for farmers as one of the means to transmit about the land reform. The Japanese Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry officials called for the land reform in the radio program. The land reform policy that is conducted under the leadership of the Japanese was taken. The land reform enlightenment movie was produced by Japanese. After the land reform, the purpose of film making changed to recording enforcement and meaning of the land reform by the Allied Occupation of Japan.
