Research Abstract |
There are 6 prerequisites when we explore the possibility of human rights regional mechanism in the North East Asia. Establishment of human rights commission(national human rights institutions) in this region is urgent when we search for the possibility of the institutionalization of human rights mechanism in this region. Also we need to pass the international standard which the office of UNHCHR proposes as the necessary condition. Lastly, I propose 3 points, that is, (1) universality, indivisibility & interdependence of human rights, (2) sustainable development and (3) pacifism, as the fundamental principles of human rights mechanism in this region.
