Research Abstract |
The aim of this study is to investigate the establishment process of National Colleges of Technology and why the local governments try competitively each other to invite the college with contribution collected from residents. They not only wanted to get higher institute of technology, but also desired to be recognized as important are enough to hold such national organization. This competition for NCT became severe, though such domination to establish national facilities may have been in violation of Local Finance Lows.
