Research Abstract |
In this study, I have developed a teaching method and a program to relax the students' body and soul in their music class. Then, they were applied to the actual teaching in elementary and junior high schools, and their effect was measured. As a result, the adequacy of the method and the program has been verified. Thus, it has become obvious that they are effective to unlock the physical and mental potential of students and to enhance their motivation to study music. Particularly, they are useful for students to improve their breathing, vocalization, performance of musical instruments, and musical expression.
