Research Abstract |
Pharmacokinetics plays an important role in efficacy and safety pharmacotherapy. The estimation of pharmacokinetics parameters from one-point concentration data is desirable. In this study, i developed a stable numerical method for nonlinear optimization in pharmacokinetics. Moreover, I applied it to the least square methods to calculate the population parameters.
