Research Abstract |
We established an experimental enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect Dermokine the serum of colorectal cancer patients. DK test improved the positive detection rate for early-stage tumors. The sensitivity was 60.7% to detect T1 colorectal cancer using multi-marker test(DK and CEA/CA19-9/p53, n=130). DK test was useful to detect pancreatic cancer including IPMN and invasive ductal carcinoma.
