Research Abstract |
This study aims at clarifying several important factors in order to transfer specialized knowledge to general citizens. After researching several cases where general citizens actually misunderstood specialized knowledge, the study proposed what to consider for building a social system which could properly transfer specialized knowledge to general citizens.
