Research Abstract	We conducted a survey on the evacuation of residents during the floods by 9 by the typhoon on August 09, 2010. And w discussed factors affecting the presence or absence of evacuation, risk identification, personal risk, self efficiency, effectiveness, feeling of costs, norm
