| Research Abstract |
Collateral is not for realization in relationship banking(business model by regional financial institutions for small and medium enterprises). In relationship banking, creditor uses collateral to get information and manage debtor' s credit and inventory, to participate in debtor' s business and business policy actively, and to keep Unity of the debtor' s business in case of transfer plan and M & A. This trend can be confirmed also in my survey
