Research Abstract	Requirements of "management of secrecy" are important and corporate efforts in this respect means a lot. Specifically, the desired level of control of the trade secret that some companies will be those of any kind. On this issue in Japan, there are not active discussion yet, in this study, as the material can provide a perspective as one reference consider this issue, court cases in other countries mainly the United States was investigated.
