Research Abstract |
The outflow of muddy water from the lotus root fields in harvest time are problems around Kasumigaura in Ibaraki Prefecture. The author did various investigations under the hypothesis that the outflow of the maddy water be able to control with the new farming program, such as decentralization of work fields and distribution of working hours, etc. As a result, 1) The author arranged the method of harvesting the lotus root in Japan and considered the transition. Moreover, the uniqueness of water harvesting of the lotus root in Ibaraki Prefecture was understood. 2) Considering the actual condition of harvesting work, I proposed that saving water during recess, and setting up the washing machine have the possibility of decreasing the muddy waters.
