Research Abstract |
Both the antifungal agent amphotericin B (AmB) and anti-MRSA drug vancomycin(VCM) caused the mitochondrial dysfunction leading to a concentration- and time-dependent cell injury in cultured renal LLC-PK1 cells. Moreover, ROS generation may play a key role in VCM-induced renal tubular cell apoptosis.
