Research Abstract

Insulin is one of the key proteins in diabetes. Insulin receptor is also important in diabetes. We found that soluble insulin receptor in serum is increased in diabetes. In this study, we reconstructed that insulin receptor is released using human cultured cell line and human insulin receptor overexpression cell line. This system will be contributed the uncovering diabetes mechanism.
