Research Abstract |
Pre-BCR is a constitutively active receptor, transienly expressed on only pre-B cells, and its abberant expression cause pre-B acute lymphoblastic lymphoma. We study the regulation mechanism of the pre-BCR expression, and identified a molecule localized in lysosome that is involved in the degradation of pre-BCR.
