Research Abstract |
Although we attempted to express HPV-B19 viral proteins (VP1, VP2, NS1) by E, ooli expression system, all of full length HPV-B19 viral proteins were not expressed. Therefore, we focused on NSl domain, which give the damage to cell. NSl domain was divided into three domains (NS1-1 NS1-2 NS1-3). We established expression system of the divided NSl domains. We will express and purify the divided NSI domains. After purification of the divided NSl domains, we will address influence of the divided NSl domains on blood coagulation by measurements of APTT and thrombelastogram.
