Research Abstract |
Recentry, several groups reported the expression of stromal cell-derived factor1(SDF-1 ; CXCL12) express on human skin. However, the biological meanings is still unkown. We found that SDF-1 induces keratinocyte migration in a dose dependent manner through EGF receptor via ERK(p42/44) activation.
