Research Abstract |
No obvious changes was seen in watery diarrhea and in sodium transportation by orally intake of loperamide after total proctocolectomy, loop-ileostomy. However, we succeed in making assessment of effect of glucose against SGLT-1 using same methods in our previous report. This system may be a functional technique according to the pharmacodynamic action of the drug we use.
