Research Abstract |
The regulation mechanism of CGRP expression and secretion induced by acid activation of TRPV1 signaling in DRG neurons, assuming local environment of inflammation, were investigated. Detailed analysis revealed that acid activation of TRPV1 lead to an up-regulation of CGRP expression via CREB-CaMK cascade.
