Research Abstract

shh signaling was expressed in ameloblastoma tissues ana AM-1 cells. AM-1 cells were decreased cell proliferation by using cycropamine, which was inhibitor of shh signaling, In the future, inhabitation of shh signaling in ameloblastoma will become treatment strategy.
