Research Abstract |
The study aim to identify the nursing support to advance self-care of postoperative discomfort of lung cancer patients ,and enrich the power of keeping on medical treatment life on their own initiative. Lung cancer patients receiving surgery have multiple symptoms, the level of discomfort and the influence of daily life within five days of surgery were significantly greater on the day of after surgery and the second day after surgery(P<0・05). As discomfort other than wound, lung cancer patients receiving surgery have experienced postoperative shoulder pain. Even if six months passed after surgery, patients have lived a life with discomfort. The subjective recovery feeling did not rise too much compared with the time of discharge.
