Research Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the trainability in rebound type jump (RJ) focuses on differences of development stage. As a result, RJ ability was increased approximately 10% after the training in all ages. This result was helpful in research on optimum timing and/or introducing timing of the RJ training.
