Research Abstract |
expression were enhanced by EGF stimulation. Spry2 induced by Ras-ERK signal cascade was negative regulator for ERK activation by FGF signaling, but accelerated it by EGF signaling in AM-1 cells. Spry2 might be associated with the growth of ameloblastoma through the promotion of EGF signaling.
