Outline of Research at the Start

多民族社会下の労働資源・資産の偏在や司法能力の弱さなど特有の社会経済構造をもち、近年「中進国の罠」などの政策問題に直面する東南アジア経済について、比較制度論に基づいた経済構造の包括的な理解を目指す。
「東南アジア経済論」の確立にむけて、ここでは対象をタイなど半島部諸国に焦点を絞り、資本・労働市場の構造的特性の解明と長期経済統計の推計を進める。（１）長期経済統計の整備推計（２）労働に関わる制度分析（３）資本に関わる制度分析の、３つを重点分野とし、要素市場内・市場間の補完関係の構造、その形成経路を浮かび上がらせ、また、長期成長趨勢への影響を解明する。
