本研究では、「キリストの受難」の神学的解体と美学的再構成の過程に着眼することによって、初期公共圏の生成の基盤を明らかにし、「世俗化」の神学的起源を再解釈する。従来は中央集権的な理念型とみなされていた「キリストの受難」が、痛みや労働といったローカルで人間的な経験として社会的に再構成される過程を分析し、近世の宗教社会と近代の世俗社会がどのような次元で連続性を維持しているのかを解明する。
また、近年の感情史とナラティブ論の成果を創造的に融合させることによって、近世思想史が、単なる参照点にとどまらない、脱近代の公共圏の危機と向き合う方法そのものであることを提示する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this project, the issue of the separation of aesthetics and political philosophy in the early public sphere was examined, with a focus on the function of 'pain' in 'The Passion of Christ'. In this study, Hanada addressed the issues of methodological affinity and intersubjectivity in the early modern and postmodern periods. （1） Concerning the issue of the early public sphere, the primary focus of this study is the reinterpretation of the texts of 17th-century poets and political activists John Milton and Andrew Marvell within the context of political theology and the history of economic thought. （2）In terms of methodological re-examination, insights gained from postmodern dialogical practices such as Tojisha-kenkyu and open dialogue in recent years have enabled the rediscovery of the 'empirical, phenomenological' world of early modern texts that had previously been unexplored.

近年の感情史やナラティヴ論などの知見を創造的に導入することにより、思想史の従来の方法論に現象学的な地平をひらいたことは、学術的に意義があるだけではなく、対話実践の現場においても依拠している理論や概念の歴史性や可変性への理解に寄与するものである。それは、近年注目されているオープンダイアローグや当事者研究が、精神医療や社会福祉領域に閉じられた臨床実践ではなく、より大きな思想史の文脈に意味づけられることによって、潜在的には社会運動的なインパクトをもつ知見であることを示唆し、近代的市民権の中で脱主体化されていた存在の責任や政治的自由の基盤を強化することに貢献するだろう。
