| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、国内の留学生・日本人学生・海外の日本語学習者を対象としたケース学習により、グローバルな職場環境で必要となる異文化協働力の育成を目指す共修型日本語教育の開発を目的とする。本研究は、今後も加速度がますことが予想されるグローバル社会を背景として大学のグローバル教育やキャリア教育の可能性を追究するものである。本研究は、日本語教育協働実践研究のための海外ネットワークを利用して、国内と海外の大学の日本語教師たちとの国際協働実践研究体制により取り組む。また海外事情を勘案し、オンライン授業と対面授業の両方の実践の可能性を追究する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to develop a co-learning Japanese language education program that fosters intercultural collaboration skills essential for global workplace environments, using a case study-based approach targeting domestic international students, Japanese students, and overseas Japanese language learners.This research activity was conducted through an international collaborative research framework involving Japanese language teachers from both domestic and overseas universities, utilizing an overseas network established for collaborative practical research in Japanese language education. In addition to activities in Japan, research was carried out in Vietnam, Taiwan, and South Korea as originally planned, and extended in the 2024 academic year to include Cambodia. These activities provided valuable data for the development of future co-learning class models.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究は、第一に従来、留学生対象の日本語教育方法として提案されていたケース学習を、多文化共生社会を目指す共修型教育の教育方法として、その理論的基盤を明確にしたことの意義がある。第二に、この教育理論の実現性の追究として、異文化背景の留学生の前教育事情を詳細に調査し、海外現地で関わる日本語教育関係者との連携、協働的体制を構築したことにも大きな意義がある。第三に、研究期間内に、本研究の今後の課題を明確にし、今後の研究の発展に向けての教育プログラム、教材など具体的な指針を示すことができたことにも意義がある。
