近年「セクシュアリティと法」「LGBT と法」といった観点から性的マイノリティに定位した法理論の刷新が図られ、ジェンダー／セクシュアリティに関わる法的課題はより多様に、そして差異感応的なものになりつつある。こうした状況のもとで、ジェンダー法学がそれに応答するために、従来からともすれば性別二元的な異性愛規範を法的に意味づけていたかもしれない自身の議論を批判的に捉え直すために企画されたのが本研究課題である。
