本研究は、社会課題の解決という共通目的の設定下において、都市部と地方における起業家ネットワークの結束プロセスを明らかにすることが目的である。実証は、福知山市で実施予定の産学公連携事業により行う。都市部と地方の起業家ネットワークの結束プロセスを、文化人類学の視点も取り入れ明らかにする点に本研究の特色がある。また、本研究は、都市部と地方の連携によるSDGs諸課題へのアプローチの有効性を提示するとともに、特定都市に集中していた多様な企業活動を地方に還流しイノベーションを生み出すことへの貢献が期待できる。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study empirically examined effective methods for constructing human networks that connect urban and rural areas through an industry-academia-government collaborative entrepreneurship development program aimed at regional revitalization. In particular, it clarified that articulating shared objectives -such as solving social issues- facilitates the formation and cohesion of networks both within and across regions. Furthermore, the study elucidated the mechanism by which entrepreneurs from urban areas introduce new perspectives, thereby stimulating new collaborative relationships among local businesses and accelerating regional innovation. In addition, the study demonstrated the potential of generative AI technologies in design processes, and presented the effectiveness of utilizing crowdfunding as a practical tool for entrepreneurial support and evaluating projects using internal rate of return (IRR).

本研究の学術的意義は、都市部からの「ヨソモノ」が、社会課題の解決といった共通目的の言語化を通じて地域のプレーヤーとの人的ネットワークを拡張するだけでなく、地域内プレーヤー間の結束にも寄与するというメカニズムを実証的に明らかにした点にある。社会的意義としては、都市部の人材やアイデアを地方へ還流させることにより、地域間格差の縮小や地域イノベーションの促進に貢献する実践的手法を提示した点が挙げられる。さらに、起業支援事業の実証ツールとしてクラウドファンディングを導入する有効性や、内部収益率（IRR）を活用した事業継続評価の可能性を提示した点も、地域政策や支援制度の設計に対して実践的示唆を与える。
