| Outline of Research at the Start |
「実習教育におけるICTの効果的な活用」を明らかにするうえで①ICT教育に関わる研究知見、②実習教育におけるICTの活用が有用と思われる場面、内容、③海外の先駆的事例の３つの情報収集をおこなう。それらを総体的に検討し作成した試案を、実践しフィードバックをおこなうことでブラッシュアップする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
At the outset of the study, the spread of COVID-19 made it difficult to conduct on-site field training for certified social workers due to the need to reduce infection risks. Therefore, alternative methods using ICT were explored to acquire the skills and knowledge that would normally be gained through practical experience.
As a result, through active information exchange with many welfare institutions serving as training sites and with educational institutions, various ideas were shared regarding how to conduct practical training in a manner similar to real-life experiences. These included attending interview sessions via synchronous remote tools and facilitating communication with users. However, as face-to-face training gradually became feasible again, the necessity of these alternative practices diminished, and the progress of the research slowed accordingly.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
１）ICTをもちいた学内実習の検証、２）海外におけるICTをもちいた実習教育の先駆事例の検討、３）ICT教育の方法と有用性の理解の深化を研究課題とした。
ICT活用の有用性は、①直接関わらないため感染リスクの低下という安全性、②移動時間の短縮等による効率性、③意思表明の機会の確保による権利擁護、④感情表出の確保による情緒的支持などがある。デメリットとしては、非言語等、対面で会えるときよりは情報が少なくなるため、ディスコミュニケーションが起きやすいことである。これらの有用性、デメリットを踏まえて、対面型の実習と組み合わせて実習をすることで、より効果的な実習指導が可能となる。
