Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the actual situation of collaborative support for home care in the coronavirus pandemic and to construct a collaborative support model between visiting nurses and care managers who support end-of-life home care patients. As Study 1, the interview survey was conducted with visiting nurses who have experience in end-of-life care at home and in collaboration with care managers, and a questionnaire was developed from the results as a draft of a collaborative support model. In Study 2, as a preliminary survey, all home health care nursing stations in Prefecture A were surveyed to determine the actual status of in-home end-of-life care. In this study, visiting nurses from the preliminary survey were targeted to clarify their experience and the level of importance based on their responses to a questionnaire for a draft model of support for collaboration.
