Outline of Research at the Start

医療機関での子ども虐待予防に向けた支援を推進していくうえで、看護師の果たす役割は大きく、重要性を増している。そのため、看護師として必要な実践力の向上を支えるには、子ども虐待予防に関する現任教育の充実が不可欠であり、実践で活用できる教育内容が求められている。本研究は、医療機関で子ども虐待予防に携わる看護師として必要な実践能力（コンピテンシー）の構成要素を明らかにし、それを基盤とした現任教育モデルの開発を行う。
