| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、外来看護師が、慢性腎臓病（以下CKDとする）患者が行うサインマネジメントを支援するための教育プログラムを開発することである。そのために、まず、CKD患者が必要としているサインマネジメント支援はどのようなものかを明らかにする。次に、外来看護師がどのようなサインマネジメント支援を行っているか、そのために必要な知識や技術についても明らかにする。これらを統合して、外来看護師が行う患者のサインマネジメント支援のための教育プログラムを作成し、実際に展開し、評価し、最終案を作成する。
